This spacious room comes fully furnished (bed & wardrobe). Desk pictured is mine & not included, however a price can be negotiated.

The house has an open plan spacious kitchen/living room area, with a toilet downstairs & a shared shower room/toilet upstairs. The house also boasts a private garden area at the back of the property 🪴

You’ll be living with 5 others, all working professionals who do a mix of in office/WFH 2-3 days a week. Everyone is the house is social & we enjoy eating dinner together & the occasional trip to the local pubs in the area.

Rent: £1120 with all bills included - including recently installed super-fast community fibre WiFi, council tax, gas & electricity etc.
Contract runs until 30th June, although will renew for a further 12 months from 1st July.
