We enjoy our quiet time however we also enjoy shared meals and movie nights, our lodger was 31, however age is not an issue for me.
The flat has a great garden, in the summer we have a jacuzzi,. The flat was renovated 3 years ago and is an great condition.
The garden room can be offered furnished or unfurnished, I would be open to let it as a office as well. All bills are included, own WiFi, & TV
There is a 14 bus stop 10 sec walk from the flat and Parsons Green station and Putney Bridge Station are equidistant
