Moving out to move in with girlfriend!

Large double room with high ceilings and large windows with lots of natural light. Comes fully furnished. Desk and chair are mine but can be included for £50.

You will share a toilet with one other person.

There’s permit parking on the road outside the house if you need it for £120 ish per year.

Less than 10 min walk to Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway stations.

Move in date can be flexible, looking for someone to replace me in the contract until it renews in July 🙏🏼 there is an admin fee to pay of £400 (£200 each between us) to swap you into the new contract with the landlord.

All bills and weekly cleaner included.

Flatmates are 3 boys 2 girls, all lovely professionals that like to hang out but have their own lives too! :)
