Hello! My housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so there is a double bedroom available in our two bed two bath split level flat share in Fulham.

The room:
The room is furnished and a good size with a double bed and good storage space- chested drawers (included) and built in wardrobe with space for another chested drawers if needed.
There are 2 bathrooms in the flat so you will have access to your own bathroom (not en-suite).

Location:
Close to the river.
Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green underground stations are about 15 mins walk away and there are plenty of bus stops close by.
Imperial wharf overground and Wandsworth town train station are also about a 10 minute walk each.
Street parking available if you need it.
Big Sainsbury's superstore about a 5 minute walk.

Dates:
The room is available from September 12th 2025 and you would be signing a one year contract (can be extended), with a 6 month break clause.

About me:
I've been in the flat for a year, 31, doctor and easy going.
I like to balance chilling with a housemate in the evenings as well as my own space.
It’s important to me to keep the flat clean and tidy, so we can unwind and cook/chill after busy days. Getting a good sleep during the week is also important to me, so not looking for any midnight ravers.

Cost:
Rent is £1170 pcm each. Bills are not included and are currently about £150 pcm each. All bills are spilt equally.
