👋🏼 We’re looking for a new girl flatmate to join our lovely home in Parsons Green, Fulham.
👣 10 minutes from Parsons Green Station, right off Wandsworth Bridge Road and close to parks pubs, two sainsburys, Thai, Indian, Italian and more!!
🙋🏼♀️🙋🏽♀️You’ll be living with two girls a 28 year old kiwi (me) and a 30 year old South African. We both met through the flat and have become really close. We both work full time and have our own busy lives but often love to catch up on the weekly gossip in the lounge. We’d love to welcome another girl – ideally 25+, a working professional who’s social, tidy, and wants to be friends not just ships in the night!
🏠The House:
* 3 bedrooms
* 1 bathroom
* large kitchen and living room (seperate)
*fortnightly cleaner who we absolutely love having, but of course we ask that your tidy and help with taking rubbish, emptying dishwasher etc.
🛌The Room:
* £800 deposit - required before move in
* £1100/month rent + approx £130/month bills
* Fully furnished and cozy with a double bed, wardrobe, tall drawers and desk.
*I just brought a new bed frame and verrry comfortable mattress from IKEA which will be staying in the room.
‼️‼️New lease starting 22nd September which is very soon so wanting to find the perfect fit asap..
