- Private garden with patio, great for relaxing or hosting people

- Kitchen stocked with all appliances
- Shared bathroom
- Large cellar with lots of storage space
Located on Burnfoot Avenue, around 12 minute walk to both Parsons Green and Putney Bridge on the District Line. Also very close to several buses going to Putney/Hammersmith/Wandsworth/Russel Square, so it is very well connected.
You will be living with one female age 50s, she has lived at the property for several years, very friendly and an absolutely wonderful flatmate (she is Indonesian and an amazing cook too).
Rent is £1100, bills are around £100-£150 a month.
Move in available from 5th Oct but I am flexible with this.
All ages and both male/female tenants considered!
