- Ground floor, split level Maisonette with Terrace in classic Victorian style house
- Open plan, large living, dining area and kitchen
- Use of existing furnishings remaining that belong to Flatmates (sofas, Living room TV, dining table chairs etc.)
- Kitchen includes Large fridge freezer, Washer Dryer, Dishwasher, Gas Hob and Oven + Microwave Oven
- High spec flat including underfloor heating with bespoke temperature setting per room, atmospheric lighting, alarm system, Bi-fold doors at the back to the Garden Terrace
- Storage cupboard and separate guest Toilet
- Parking available via permit from Council

- We mix working from home with going to the office, so would be looking for the same
Costs:
• PCM £1245
• PCM £168 bills
• £50 Admin Fee
• £1384.60 Deposit - payable in full directly to outgoing tenant ahead of signing of tenancy agreement
• £1000 – for Bedroom Furniture including use of fixtures & furnishings in the flat already provided by and belonging to the remaining flatmates
Requirements:
- You will be entering into a tenancy with Joint and several liability and you will be taking on the obligations of the outgoing tenant
- Contract will be an AST joint tenancy contract with final terms subject to negotiation
- The property is to be accepted in the condition as seen (Check in / Check out not provided) – room and en suite will be left clean and tidy with only the agreed upon furniture left.
- The original deposit will stay held with the estate agents, and therefore this amount is payable directly to the outgoing tenant. Neither the landlord nor Chesterton’s will take any responsibility for any dispute from this arrangement
