Beautiful en-suite, large double with balcony

We are looking for someone to fill a room in our lovely Fulham home from the start of December. We are a friendly, close knit house who pride ourselves on keeping the place tidy and being a pleasant place to live. You would have a beautiful large double bedroom with plenty of natural light, en-suite bathroom and balcony. The furniture that comes with the room is a double bedroom, memory foam mattress, bed side table, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Once the current housemate moves out we will be 5 males and 1 female so we are looking for another female to balance it out. On the weekends we sometimes will go for a coffee/go to the gym/ pub together but of course all do our own thing as well. We have a large kitchen with open dining area, a cosy lounge with 3 sofas and a tv, and a cute garden which is lovely in the Summer with the double doors open in the kitchen. We’re a 2 min walk from the high street with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Looking for professionals and hybrid workers, if we wfh it’s in our rooms but we don’t want someone who wfh full time. There is a one off council-tax payment of £195. The new resident will have to sign an initial 5 month agreement with the ability to extend for periods of 2- 5 months thereafter.
