Spacious room in the centre of Parsons Green

I’m going travelling for 3 months and I’m looking to sublet my room in Parsons Green.

The flat is in a great location. It’s only a 5 min walk to Parsons Green station and there’s a supermarket and pub within a 1 min walk. Bishop’s Park and the river is only about 10 mins away.

I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and the flat and room is very spacious. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other and will have WFH space in the living room if you need.

You’ll be living with 2 of my good mates, both sociable male professionals - one in the office 5 days, the other in office 2 days.

The room has all the furniture you’ll need, including a bed, large wardrobe, large chest of drawers, and two smaller chests of drawers. The kitchen is also fully equipped, so no need to bring anything with you.

The flat will be available from 20th December until the end of March. I can be slightly flexible with the dates, if you needed to move in a bit later or stay for a bit longer at the end before moving into a new place.
