Room Avail in 2 Bed/2 Bath in Parsons Green

Hi! I’m a 33-year-old American who’s been living in London for just over three years. I work in PR at a global firm and split my time between the office (about three days a week) and being out and about - playing tennis, doing yoga, cooking, drinking wine, and exploring the city.

I’ve lived in this flat for basically the whole time I’ve been in London, and I absolutely love it. It’s a spacious, comfortable home with:
• A large open kitchen
• A bright, roomy living area
• A lovely terrace for some outdoor space
• Two bedrooms and two bathrooms - you’d have the downstairs bathroom, which has a full tub and shower
• Bedrooms on separate levels, so it feels very private and peaceful

I’ll be switching into my current flatmate’s room upstairs, and you’d be taking over the room I’ve been in, and I’ve loved living in it!

I’m looking for a like-minded, easygoing, tidy, and respectful housemate in their late 20s to mid-30s. Ideally someone who:
• Works from the office most of the week (3+ days)
• Keeps shared spaces clean and comfortable
• Isn’t a big partier - prefers a calm, relaxed home
• Is friendly and happy to occasionally hang out (movie night, glass of wine, etc.), but also respects each other’s space

I have friends over every couple of months, but overall it’s a peaceful home. I’d love to find someone who’s considerate, mature, and appreciates a nice, well-kept flat.
