Looking for replacement on lease in parsons green (2 bed / 1 wc / balcony)

I’ve been renting the flat since August 2025 and looking for someone to replace me on my lease mid December / early January (flexible with timing) which has 9 months remaining until the break clause (originally 24 months contract but break clause allows both us / landlord to break the lease without fees next August 2026).
- larger room (1325 larger room + 200 bills)

- I’m looking to move closer to my work / central & you’ll be living with a lovey gal I can connect you with (26 y/o / French lawyer / easy going and super nice! who works from the office 5 days a week)

Details about the flat:
- the flat is on the first floor and has a cute balcony overlooking the street in parsons green area (lots of cute restaurants / cafes nearby) + small patio furniture perf for a lil wine / espresso vibe
- 10 minute walk from parsons green station & from bishops park if you fancy a walk / run
- Washer / dryer in 1 machine + dishwasher
-bills average £200 per month
- large double with furniture including double bed (with mattress), bedside table wardrobe. The wardrobe holds luggage on top if needed!
- 1 bathroom
Im looking to move somewhere furnished - so have quite a few things I’m willing to give up / sell if you want it as well(Desk / chair / shoe closet / TV)
