Room available in Parsons Green!

We have a double room available in our lovely house in Parsons Green. The room gets plenty of natural light and looks out into the patio away from street noise. Unfortunately, I’m moving out so we’re looking for someone to take over my place move in around the 17th December until the end of our contract early September 2026.

📍Location:
- 12 minute walk to Parsons Green station (District line, zone 2)🚇
- 5 minute walk to bus stops to Hammersmith / Central London
- 5 minute walk to Tesco’s

The room:
- Furnished with everything you see in the photos (the desk chair is negotiable)
- £800/month rent + approx £70/month bills
- Council tax is £200 and divided equally between all
- Deposit is £981.25
- The room is on the top floor of the house and you will share the bathroom with one girl.

Housemates:
- You’ll be living with three great flatmates - two boys (22 & 23) and one girl (22) all easygoing and friendly. We are a house that likes to chat whilst watching shows together and try to do a pub quiz every other Tuesday (very competitive).
- We all contribute to taking care of the house without passive aggressive messages 🙅‍♀️

You:
- We are ideally looking for another girl to join the household around the age of 21-24 who is social, tidy and someone we can call a friend!
