The double room comes partly unfurnished but you have the option on buying my mates furniture for cheap. The room is spacious and has access to a private terrace. The flat is split into two floors.
Rent is £1,200 per month plus bills which usually total £150 ish a month each.
Lease is until end of March 2027 which we can extended if wanted to. Tenant will need to go through a reference check with Foxtons and sign a lease take over from the current tenant.
