This house features 2 bathrooms (bath/shower) + 1 separate toilet, a living room with Smart TV, and a kitchen/dining room equipped with major appliances, including a large fridge, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Relax in the garden patio with a table and chairs! 😌

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
This area boasts excellent transport links with a short (15 min) walk to both Parsons Green (Tube) and Wandsworth Town (Overground into Vauxhall and Waterloo). 🚇

Explore the local scene with a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Enjoy the convenience of a coffee shop and supermarket just a 2-minute walk away.🛍️🛒

Fully furnished double room featuring a comfy bed and ample storage, including a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. All the essentials for a comfortable stay. 👌

THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
You’ll be joining a friendly house of young professionals. You will be living with:

- Emma (30): A potted plant enthusiast, enjoys dog-walking and mini trampolining.
- Jeyda (27): Enjoys fitness, wellness, brunches, coffees, dinners out, and local pubs.

Please note that another room in the house is also currently being advertised, so the household looks forward to welcoming two new housemates! We believe great chemistry is key, so you'll have the opportunity to meet everyone before we make it official! 💯✨

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍
