A cozy single room is available from February 4th in our beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom flat in the heart of Parsons Green, Fulham — one of the best areas in London.

The flat is modern, very spacious, and bright, with premium wooden floors, high ceilings, and large windows.
Huge furnished living room with an enormous sofa and dining table — perfect for cozy film nights or having friends over.
(The landlady is currently doing some DIY work in the living room, as you can see in the pictures. Everything will be completed, and the flat will be in perfect condition by February 4th.)

You’ll be sharing the flat with me, Anna, and my partner Ruggero. We’re 26 and 28, professional music teachers and recording artists. We’re very clean, respectful, pet-free, smoke-free, and not into parties. We’re looking for a professional person.
