Lovely double bedrooms in our spacious SW6 flat

Hello future housemate!

We have two double rooms available in our spacious four bedroom flat, from 1 March and 29 March respectively. Rent is £864 pcm (plus bills). Viewings beginning Feb 7.

The flat:
* Big kitchen with all the amenities: dishwasher, combo washer/dryer, double oven and grill, large gas hob and two fridge-freezers. Loads of fun cooking appliances as well! 🍳
* Large separate living room, which is a particularly bright space. We also have a living room projector: great for watching TV or films in the evening 📽
* There are two bathrooms with shower/bath and toilet in both.
* Rooftop, with a view over the Fulham skyline 🌇
* Separate box room, which doubles up as a home office. Perfect for WFH days! 🖥

Us:
We’re an easy going, sociable flat of 2 girls and 2 guys, but sadly the girls are moving out (back to Aus and across town).

Robbie is a 32 year-old freelance video producer who loves a beer and international travel 😀

Nick is a 29 year-old English teacher who's a keen runner, avid reader, a Traitors superfan, and a certified gay™️

We have our own lives but are also around for general hanging out/film nights/takeaways/pub trips.

You:
A nice person who’s laid-back, considerate, and works full time. We all pitch in with helping to keep the flat tidy, so expeirence flat sharing is essential. Ideally we're looking for someone between 27-33 years old. We'd be keen to maintain the 50/50 gender split, meaning women are preferred, but this isn't a dealbreaker.

The area:
Located in leafy Parsons Green, with easy access to Putney and Fulham. Walkable distance to the river, good parks, cafes, restaurants and tonnes of good pubs. A few supermarkets close by too!

A 5 minute walk from Parsons Green tube station with lots of bus routes in and out of the city centre. We've also got the Boris bikes right outside!

The rooms:
Both rooms come furnished with a double bed, plenty of storage space. Room A (available 1 March) is at the back and gets nice afternoon light and is lovely and peaceful.
Room B (Available 28 March) is at the front of the flat so nice and bright.

Bills vary, but are between £90 - £150/ month for everything, (towards the higher end over the winter months), including wifi and fortnightly cleaner.
