I’m looking for a female working professional to take over the second bedroom in a lovely two-bed flat in Parsons Green.

The home is a little gem ✨ located on a quiet road just five minutes from the station with shops and cafés close by. The flat is calm, bright and very well kept.

The flat is furnished including the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. There is an option to purchase the current flatmate’s ottoman bed, bedside tables and desk if needed.

I’m ideally looking for someone who is ✨ VERY ✨ clean and organised and who values a peaceful, relaxed home rather than a party house. Ideally you would work from the office!

A bit about me: I’m 27, South African and work in residential interior design. I love Pilates, yoga, trying new restaurants and bars, travelling and exploring everything London has to offer. I’m friendly and social but I really value a calm and respectful living environment.

I’m genuinely hoping to find someone long-term who shares similar values around home, cleanliness and lifestyle.
