Cosy Room In Friendly Parsons Green House

Hi,

I am moving out of my parsons green room and need someone to take it over (on a new contract of their own). The house is on a safe, quiet street close to the tube and the other housemates are all friendly.

Its £1210 per month which includes a weekly cleaner, all bills council tax and tv licence. The landlord would ideally like a contract until 1st September but there is room to negotiate that.

There are 4 bathrooms in the house, so you would only ever share with maximum 1 other person (usually of the same gender but can be flexible!).

Downstairs there is a large kitchen with all plates/cutlery/pans/etc included. There is also a separate lounge and dining area with a utility room for the washing machine.
