Short-term double room available in Parsons Green

We’ve got a bright, spacious double room available in our lovely Parsons Green flat from mid-April (flexible) until 4 August — ideal for a summer short-term let.

Rent will already be paid up until 5 May, so you’ll only be paying for around 3 months while getting nearly 4 months’ stay.

There is potential to roll on after 4 August as the landlord is in the process of selling, but this isn’t guaranteed and would depend on timelines.

The room & flat:

£1,000 per month + bills (usually no more than £80 pcm)

Fully furnished double room

Desk space available (currently used for an extra chest of drawers)

Wardrobe and chest of drawers just outside the room, for your own use

Shared bathroom with one other person

Shared kitchen and living space

Access to a lovely roof terrace

The second room in the flat is also likely to become available, so you’ll be living with someone new too (TBC)

I also have a clothes rail that I’d be happy to leave if wanted

Housemates:

You’ll be living with two friendly girls (aged 29–31). The flat has a relaxed, sociable vibe while still being respectful of each other’s space. Ideally looking for another girl to join the flat.

4-minute walk to Putney Bridge Station (District Line)

10-minute walk to Parsons Green Station (District Line)

Right on New King’s Road, close to The White Horse, Duke on the Green, and Aragon House, plus loads of cafés, restaurants, and shops
