Double Room in a Friendly House in Fulham

Hi Everyone,

Sadly one of our lovely housemates is moving out of London, so we are looking for a new person to join us to get back to a house of five.

The available room is a double with big window, shared bathroom.

Approx £160 per month for all bills including water, gas, electricity, wifi, council tax, and a cleaner every 2 weeks.

We also have a large shared kitchen/living space, and a roof terrace where we like to spend time in the summer. There's also a small additional terrace area where you can store bikes securely.

The fours housemates are:
30F from Italy: doing PhD in medical robotics, loves yoga and dog-sitting.
32F from UK: Works as a medical physicist, enjoys running and weekend outdoor adventures.
25F from UK: Works at a medical startup and travels as a WeRoad coordinator.
27M from UK: Consultant, loves traveling and concerts.

We are all really friendly, and enjoy hanging out in the evenings over dinner when we are in, having christmas and birthday meals, but have our own friends and busy lives too. It is very much a home for us.

We're ideally looking for an easy going, social young professional or PhD student.
