Lovely room to rent in Parsons Green 🌸

Hello! Bright spacious double room in Parsons Green (SW6) available from 1st July!

The room ✨ comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe. There’s lots of space for you to bring your own desk, additional chest of drawers, or wardrobe if you wish!! As you can see in the photos there is a desk and armchair ☺️

The flat itself has a large sitting room, and we even have a balcony where we often have our morning coffees! The kitchen is on the smaller side but the rest of the spacious flat certainly makes up for it! The bathroom and loo are separate.

Our location is only a 7 minute walk to Parsons Green tube and around a 10 minute walk to Putney and Fulham Broadway! The area is gorgeous, it’s got very cute village vibes. There lots of lovely cafes, shops to mooch about in, fun pubs, tennis courts for summer, abundance of restaurants, and lots parks nearby for walks, runs and picnics!

The housemates would be Talia and Amy both 24 (but we will turn 25 in June!) and up for a laugh, watching shows in the evenings or hibernating after a long day, we like running, coffee dates, pottery painting, drinks out at the pub, live music, as well as chilled tv show nights. They have a friendly homey vibe in the house and are very chilled so looking for another girl to join with the same vibe!

Looking for someone similar age-wise, preferably not exclusively working from home and who’s up for doing things as a house and doing their own thing also!

For the serious side of things the rent is £1067 per month and bills are around £90 ( gas, electric, WiFi, water + council tax). The deposit is £1,230 you’ll have to be able to pass referencing.
