Parsons Green Flat - Available ASAP

I have moved out of my room and looking for someone to take it ASAP.

The flats in an amazing location as you’re in the heart of Fulham and between Parsons Green station and Putney Bridge stations. Both under a five minute walk away. The actual green is around a 4 minute walk which is great if you’re looking for a fun, social lively area. (Very ideal for Parsons Green pub triangle!). You also have lots of bars, restaurants, cafe’s and shops practically on the door step of New Kings Road.

Other housemates are lovely. I knew them before moving in but they’re super social and outgoing so will be very welcoming to anyone coming in. Both are young professionals that work in PR together. Ideally looking for someone like minded to join and will organise a meeting with them before making a decision. The other housemate is also moving out. Plans for the other two housemates are open, one is buying but this will take another 3-6 months so no real move out date but the management agent is very happy to let you replace tenants should you need to move out before whole house decides to exit the lease.

The room it’s self is a double, I have requested for the bed to be replaced and the whole room has just been painted so it will all be done up ready for move in. It has a built in wardrobe and I did have a chest of drawers but it has fallen apart so chucking it. Would therefore be a bed and wardrobe with upper cupboard storage. Bathroom is on the landing directly outside the room, but everyone has their own so this will be your own, no one else uses it.

The flat is managed by a small agency but they’re really responsive and easy to get hold off should you need anything at all.

Please note the security deposit listed on this ad is wrong. I paid five weeks rent but this was before new rental changes came into play - need to double check what it would be with management agent.

Bills are around £75-£80/month.

Process would be a tenancy swap which is a £150 fee.
