Hello! We're looking for someone to join our lovely newly-renovated spacious flat in Parsons Green.

We've made this place feel like a proper home and are looking for someone who's on the same wavelength.
We're two girls in our late twenties/early 30s, easy-going, clean and respectful, and up for the occasional dinner, wine or terrace hang when the sun's out.
The location is unreal - 2 mins from Parsons Green station, in the centre of Parsons Green and around the corner from The White Horse/Duke on the Green and loads of great cafés, brunch spots and parks, but on a really quiet, pretty street.

The maisonette is set over two floors so it feels really large (much larger than it looked in pics. The whole place has just been tastefully renovated, and comes with A/C, a range master, built in wardrobes as well as a huge 50 foot terrace. You'd have the stunning master bedroom with your own en suite and it comes unfurnished so you can furnish it to your taste. The room is £1,600 per month + bills.

A bit about us: I work in wine and Nour is a lawyer. During the week we're busy with work but try and make time to do things, we love making the most of the area - Pilates, brunches, walks around Fulham, and the odd spontaneous plan.

We're looking for someone who's friendly, clean, considerate and wants a lovely home rather than just a room. Someone social but with their own life too.

The master bedroom will be available early-mid August with some flexibility.
