Lovely large double bedroom in Parsons Green

The room for rent is big and comes furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and big built-in wardrobes. Lovely and light, it’s situated at the rear of the building so also very peaceful.

The flat is bright and airy, with high ceilings, a fireplace in the shared living room with lots of seating room. The kitchen has everything you need.
The bright bathroom (with shower and bath) is on its own level and the two bedrooms are on separate levels (good for privacy and two adults sharing). There is a flat-screen TV (with BT TV, AppleTV, and Netflix), a DVD player, Wifi, and washing machine.

It's moments from the White Horse and the Duke on the Green pubs, a great Waitrose as well as CoOp and the leafy Parson's Green. The New Kings Road and all of its restaurants, cafes and shops.

Parson's Green and Fulham Broadway Tube Stations are both easily accessed and all of their shops, restaurants and also a cinema.

I’ve lived here for a few years so everything is set up, so all you need to do is walk in and drop your bag. So I’m looking for someone who doesn't have ambitions to redecorate :)

Rent includes bills but not the cleaner.

I'm open to part time or short term too.

About me:

I work from home as a journalist and I am out a couple of nights a week with work, so when I'm home I like the flat to be a peaceful happy place.

I am considerate, friendly, tidy, clean, fun (but not too fun!) and down-to-earth. The sorting hat would put me in Gryffindor, so please no Slytherins. Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw people only.

I am looking for a mature, respectful professional who is neat and tidy, considerate, friendly, easy-going, balanced and interested in life. I am happy to share the odd glass of wine and chat together - I don't want to feel as though I'm living with a stranger! Likewise, I'd like to live with someone who has their own social life.
