Beautiful, spacious flat in the heart of buzzy, stylish Parsons Green. Fulham lady looking for a lodger.

£1200 per month including Council Tax, Broadband, water, Sky TV, and a cleaner once a week. Other bills (gas & electricity) will be divided between us.

The flat is in a beautiful quiet tree lined street, close to Parsons Green, New Kings Road and Fulham Broadway.
One minute walk to shops, cafes and pharmacy.
Buses to Sloane Square Chelsea, Kensington and the West End and one minute away, with the closest underground stations (Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway) both less than a ten-minute walk.
The local park is the beautiful South Park also one minute away.

The flat is beautifully decorated throughout - the owner used to be an interior designer. It comprises the whole ground floor of a terraced house, with a lovely private garden (including sun lounges and wrought iron garden furniture) at the back.

The layout is:

- Very large living room and kitchen (with microwave, washing machine, fridge, cooker) with a conservatory roof and glass sliding doors leading onto the terrace, so there is lots of light!
- A reasonably sized, second bedroom with a double bed, loads of built in wardrobe/storage space and lots of natural light. It also has its own door to a small private patio.
- Guest bathroom with both shower and bath off the corridor next to the second bedroom
- The flat has cream walls, and newly laid wood floors, with cream carpet in the bedrooms

The owner is a vivacious and sociable widowed lady (smoker). She is very easy going and casual, enjoys a gossip and is happy sharing a bottle of wine occasionally; but is also very happy to give whomever is staying their space.
