En suite, brand new king size bed in large bedroom. A Lion House with two gardens. Cleaner and all bills inc. The house is newly refurbished throughout. A very relaxed, calm and easy going home for a professional, in a smart residential area 2 mins from the green. This would NOT suit someone looking for work from home base.

The house has new machines throughout with the refurbishment.. mostly Mielle, excellent Wifi, log fire and an AGA for cooker.

Parson's Green is the most village/cafe society part of central london with lots of surrounding parks. The house is between Parson's Green and South Park (tennis courts, cafe's etc), Bishops park is 5 mins away running along the Thames river pathway, Eel brook has more tennis courts…

Bayley and Sage is our local shop/delicatessant with fresh and home made foods but there are a lot of other deli's and supermarkets around the green.

Restaurants range from family run Italians, French, Megans, tapa's.. restaurants, champagne bars and now the new Japanese restaurant with the chef from Nobu in Tokyo.. There are loads of wonderful open air cafes on the green as well and of course Fulham Palace for space, river, walks and cafe.

Parson's Green is now considered the new Sloane Square of Chelsea with the surge of new boutique shops, Space NK's, Whistles etc.. Bikram yoga, Andrew Robson bridge etc all around the green.

The 22 bus is at the end of the road 2 mins away, 10 mins to Chelsea, then on to Knightsbridge and Piccadilly.

There are plenty of health clubs inc the famous Hurlingham and Harbour Club, Virgin etc. and if you like running, you have the Thames river pathway on the doorstep.
