We are looking for a fun and friendly person to join our beautiful flat in Parsons Green.
The large split-level flat is bright and modern, arranged over two floors with big kitchen, huge lounge with sash windows and fireplace, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
We are perfectly located, a one minute walk from the green and the delights of local pubs, bars, restaurants and shops, and a three minute walk to Parsons Green tube.
The room available is bright and airy with two windows and wooden floors, a comfy double bed and built in storage and shelving.
The current tenants are 2 friendly and housetrained females, who work in charity and the city, and we're looking for someone who wants a home rather than a simple flatshare. We both have our own friends, but we love to catch up on the sofa in the evenings, or share dinner or a glass of wine, and we'd love to find someone similar!
The rent includes all bills including cleaner and Sky, which are organised by the incredibly lovely and easy going private landlord, so the flat is a dream in terms of being easy!
