The property is close to both Fulham and Parsons Green, in a quiet street but with 24 hour buses close by. It's a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town station, a 15 minute walk to Parsons Green tube station and there are plenty of great pubs and restaurants within minutes of the house. The Thames is at the end of the block and we have a great park just around the corner!
The rent is £1100 per month (all inclusive, including council tax). Short lets may be considered. Ideal tenant will have a good WFH balance.
