Only a 6 minute walk from Parson's Green station. It's just off the Fulham Road so it's right next to everything you might ever want or expect! Including a local coffee shop, smoothie bar & 24hr newsagent all less than a minute walk away.

It’s a lower Garden flat (basement) on Chesilton road in Parsons Green. The flat is open plan, furnished, cozy, modern and bright. It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a beautiful sunny garden with a fancy BBQ (that I have never actually used).

I'm 32, wonderful (obviously) and I work in private client insurance. I’m currently part time - so I’m in the office 3 days a week & one day from home. So, I would probably prefer someone who isn’t working from home 5 days a week. But it’s not a deal breaker.

I do have an underlying medical condition that makes me vulnerable and my mum is undergoing chemo. So I am politely asking any anti-vaxxers or door handle lickers to find other accommodation.

Very happy to consider well behaved dogs (would need to discuss additional cleaning costs & pet deposit) but sadly not really looking to have cats as no good home for a litterbox 💕

I love my little home and want anyone else who live here to feel just as comfortable.

About the flat-
The garden is SW facing so catches all the sun, making this (in my humble opinion) the perfect flat for the summer. ☀️

Buuut it’s also a great winter flat -the sitting room has a gas fire, the bathrooms have underfloor heating & the thermostat can be controlled from your phone. With each room able to choose its own setting. I don’t do cold! 🔥

My room is en-suite & your bathroom is directly opposite your room and just off the sitting room, so will only be used by you and guests.

Yours is a double bedroom. It’s not huge but there’s plenty of storage space, with a smaller built-in wardrobe, a large chest of drawers & lots of under bed storage. (Current flatmate has a desk as well, so you can see there is room for this, but it does make the space a little more snug)

Because it’s my own flat cleanliness is important to me, so I would like someone who is neat and tidy. (At least in the communal areas. I have adhd so I can be guilty of a good floordrobe!)

This flat has all the usual amenities and more (fiber-optic Wi-Fi, dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine & separate tumble dryer, smart TV, Ring CCTV & alarm, Hive heating, Alexa etc) We have a cleaner once a week, included in the bills.

Rent is £1,250 PCM, including all bills: Internet, water, gas, council tax & electric, cleaner. (You get the picture) But flat expenditures such as cleaning products would be a shared cost. (I currently have Sky TV but thinking to move to freeview as I never use it!)

Last time I listed the flat I got lots of messages and got a bit overwhelmed - so I’m only going to invite people to view the flat who seem like a good match so please do let me know a bit about yourself.

My current flatmate Kate is moving in with her bestie from 🇿🇦. So I’m very happy for her, but will be sad to see her go! 💔 Her notice ends 20/03 but her next place starts early March so the room can be available a bit sooner and she’s down to chat!

My ideal flat mate is someone who is kind & friendly. Both comfortable doing their own thing but also sharing a space. I’m down for shared weeknight Netflix sessions.

My friends would describe me as bubbly, fun, loyal and kind. (Or they better!) I love spending time with friends, going to concerts, the theatre, petting animals, dancing terribly or just chilling out at home.

I’m friends with everyone I’ve lived with, which I like to think is a reasonably decent recommendation. 😊

P. s. I have family super nearby, so if we ever need a dog fix, we can probably steal her for an evening/weekend!

P. p. s. I’m a wimp, so if you can deal with spiders, you get some serious bonus points!

N. B. The video and photos are a bit out of date for the communal space so don’t reflect the new sofas/art, so flat is prettier than pictured!
