A lovely double room with your own bathroom, just north of Queen's Road, your room has been refurbished, the flat is light, in a great location, 9 minutes walk to Queens Road Peckham station and 12 minutes from Rye Lane station. (Clapham Junction and London Bridge are easy to get to, as is Shoreditch, all on the overland)
Your bed is king-size and has storage underneath, and your room also has a wall of wardrobes and 2 bedside tables, mattress also included in the rental
We share the kitchen and living space, there is a dinning table that can fit 5/6. There is a combi boiler so lots of hot water, there is a washing machine (no dryer) the hob is gas and the oven is electric, there is a fridge of your own and a freezer we share (there is no microwave) There is broadband included.
The garden is not overlooked and is for our use only, there is a built in BBQ and smoker.
I am an artist and coor. I would to live with someone who wants a coffee and cake together and dinner and a chat sometimes, but also is an independent soul. (A cat is a possibility regarding pets though, thoigh to be discussed, I am sorry to say not a dog)
