We have a lovely modern double room available. The flat has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. Both the flat and the room come fully furnished. The room is not huge, but is very well arranged with a double bed, a huge wardrobe (with additional internal drawers), a pull-down study desk and shelving. We provide all the bedding (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).
Our kitchen is gorgeous and comes fully equipped, including microwave, two fridge/freezers, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc.
The flat has two modern bathrooms, both with great high pressure showers and toilets. Everything is kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner visits once a week to clean all the communal areas.
The house would ideally suit young professionals and international students, here to further improve their education and/or work experience. We are looking for people who would appreciate living in well decorated, tidy and clean surroundings.
We are just a short 10 to 15 - minute bus ride from Elephant & Castle (via bus nr:363). The bus stop is located just two minutes from our front door.
The flat is situated just next to the Burgess Park - which is possibly one of South London’s best green spaces, after having been completely redeveloped back in 2013.
Rent includes all utility bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax) and wireless broadband internet and cleaner. There is nothing extra you need to pay.
So, in summary:

You need to send us £130 to reserve the room.
On the day you move in you must pay a further £390 (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus £563.33, which is the first month’s rent in advance.

You must stay a minimum of one month, and must give us one month’s notice before you leave. We will hold your deposit in a government-backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to depositprotection. com for more details about how it works).
