Double bedroom with own bathroom in Peckham

Hello. I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into an en-suite double bedroom in a ground floor 2-bed flat. I’ve lived here for the last 2 years.

The flat is in a great location in Peckham, just ten mins walk from Peckham Queens Road and 2 mins walk to bus routes for all over London, as well as Aldi and Lidl within 5 mins walk. There’s plenty of room for a bike, either within the flat or in a secure room within the building, and you can cycle to various nearby parks or the river within 10 mins.

The bedroom has a nice big window which gets lots of light and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and big set of drawers. There’s also plenty of room for a desk, if desired. You’ll have your own separate bathroom all to yourself, too.

The flat has a large open plan living room / kitchen with 4 big windows, a breakfast bar, lots of kitchen surface space and plenty of storage space. The kitchen has all the appliances including dishwasher, electric hob & oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine/dryer.

If you’ll be working from home, as well as room for a desk in the bedroom, there’s plenty of room to work within the living room and at the kitchen breakfast bar. We’ve also got super-fast broadband.

You’d be sharing with me. I’m 29 and work for Greenwich Council (WFH within my room most days). I’ve lived in South London for most of the last 7 years. I go climbing once or twice a week, play piano (with headphones!), watch the football now and then and like to go to gigs and the cinema.
