Amazing bright double room in Peckham 💚

Bright large double room to let in large 3 bedroom house. The room is fully furnished, with a double bed and a full-wall wardrobe. Flexible with move in date around early/mid-April.

Sadly, our lovely housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend at the end of March. We're so excited for her, but it means we now have a space within our beautiful house.

Living with two fab girls in their mid-30s, a Kiwi and a Brit, this home is a friendly and fun environment. We are a sociable pair who like a drink at the local pubs, but also have our own friends and live outside the house. The dynamics of the housemates are really important to us, as we take pride in our home and value our friendship in the house. Looking for an equally positive, friendly and open-minded person to join our household.

Emj - is a Kiwi who has lived in London for 7 years and loves Peckham pubs and coffee spots, but is always up for an adventure overseas or just out of London.

Meg - is from Sheffield and has been in London for 4 years; loves running and is often out and about exploring all London has to offer - particularly its pubs!

The house is extremely spacious, spread over two floors. We have a huge separate kitchen area with a breakfast bar, a comfortable and large living dining area, which could be used as a home office now and again, a modern bathroom, storage space and a sunny paved garden, with an outdoor toilet and BBQ.

The house is right in the middle of Peckham in zone 2. We are less than a 10-minute walk to Peckham Rye station with great connections to central London. We are spoilt for choice for coffee shops, pubs and parks in the local area, with Bellenden Road, Rye Lane and Lordship Lane all less that 10 mins a walk.

Bills (incl. our cleaner) are estimated to be roughly £100 per month.
