Double rm available in queer house in Peckham

You’d be sharing with Ellen, Lucy, Kate and Beatrix the cat. We’re all queer women in our late 20s/early 30s looking someone likeminded to take the fourth room in our house. The room is on the ground floor on the house and has a great view of the garden. We have two bathrooms (with baths!!) that are split between the four of us.

We’re ideally looking for someone who is also keen to make friends, socialise and make the house feel like a home. Even if it’s just watching Dr Who or Love Island in the living room! Cat lover is also a must - Bea is extremely friendly and playful and LOVES attention.

We are on a peaceful, leafy, residential street just off of Bellenden Road. About 10 minutes from both Peckham Rye and East Dulwich stations. The house is spacious over three floors and includes a large kitchen which is great for socialising and a living room perfect for movie nights and drinks etc. It’s well lived in but we aim to make it as welcoming and tidy as possible. If you’re looking for a shiny modern flat it’s maybe not for you!

Bills are around £150 a month including a fortnightly cleaner.
