Double room in Peckham Mon-Fri OR Short-ish Let

Hello Internet! My lovely housemate is moving to Edinburgh so I am looking for someone to take her room EITHER on a Mon-Fri basis at £750 inc bills OR Full time for a short period (3-4 months with potential to extend) for £975 inc bills.

The Room: The room is a good sized double with plenty of natural light and built in wardrobes.

The House: The house is a 2 floor maisonette with a garden on the edge of a very charming estate 2 mins walk from Peckham high street. We have a lovely local community vibe going on with allotments and events if that's your thing.

Me: I am a pretty relaxed live in landlord with a very busy life. I work as a creative in advertising but I am also a part time journalist so I do that one day a week. I love a natter but I won't be getting in your hair. I like travelling so I am often away and/or busy doing stuff. I do like to binge watch prestige telly by the fire. I am relatively decent at cooking so will gladly cook for you.

The Deal - I am looking for someone who is around. Monday to friday but I would also consider shorter term lets of 7 days per week (for a different rental rate). The reason I am keeping the let short is so I can be more flexible with future plans so there is a chance I will extend a short term tenancy. Have done this before!

Pets wise I have never lived with any so I'd be happy to share with an outdoor cat (can't do litter trays, sorry) or a small, well behaved dog.

I work from home a few days a week so happy to come to an arrangement about who is home when but I also have and office.

It's important that the vibes and the communication are great.
