This 1st floor spacious flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two sunny balconies (front and back). There is free parking directly outside along with a huge communal roof terrace with beautiful views of London.

The flat is perfect for 2-3 individuals, both bedrooms have double beds, storage, space for a desk and their own bathrooms, with one bedroom being slightly larger.

The flat is very warm in the winter because it's double glazed and is above ground floor office space which has heating on all day. It is also very light with huge windows and sliding doors onto both balconies. There is a dishwasher, oven and airfryer in the kitchen.

The flat is 2-3 minutes from Queens road Peckham station, which has trains direct to London Bridge and is on the overground. It is also a 12 minute walk to both Nuhead and Peckham Rye stations. Within 2 minutes of a Tesco extra, an amazing bakery and delicious restaurants such as Kudu. While it has all theses amenities so nearby the flat is off the main road on a quiet residential street, Lugard Road.
