Spacious double room for rent in Peckham / Camberwell in a homely 2 bed flat.

I’m subletting my room as I have to leave London for a few months.

I co-own the flat with the current flatmate who you would be sharing with, which means it’s more of a home than a standard house share.

AMENITIES

The room is fully furnished, as is the rest of the flat so sadly there isn’t space for more furniture, but on the bright side, if you need anything (from spare towels to drill bits) we probably own it already.

The other room is an en suite which means you get sole use of the main bathroom.

There is space to store one bike in the flat, and a locker in the basement if you have one that gets infrequent use.

There is also a garage downstairs if you need to keep a car here.

The flat is above a small off license which is helpful if you run out of milk.

The kitchen is fully equipped and I’m happy to leave things like bedding if that’s helpful.

FLATMATE

Rory is 31 and works in advertising. He loves climbing, DIY, the pub, and is a fantastic flatmate. He’s happy to share the cooking, and always welcoming to new people, if you’re socialising in the flat.

He works mainly in the office.

LOCATION

Couldn’t be better.

A mere 2 minutes walk from the famous Toad bakery and new Cafe Mondo, and around 10 minutes walk from Peckham Rye station.

There’s a bus stop right outside the front door which can take you to the tube or straight into town.

It’s also easy to walk to Burgess Park and central Camberwell or Peckham.

Ideally a professional between the ages of 25-35 who likes a fun time and values a good local bakery.
