Double room in chill friendly home

Hi there! We’re Tom and Lav, a friendly couple looking to welcome someone into our spare double room. The space is fully furnished with a bed, side table, chest of drawers, desk, and chair—everything you need to settle in comfortably.

Our home is a bright and cosy 3-storey townhouse with plenty of shared spaces, including a living room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, and a large attic for extra storage. You’ll also have access to indoor bike storage. As pet lovers, we share our home with two adorable companions: Margo, our affectionate cat, and Robin, our chill leopard gecko. Bills are included in the rent, so no surprises!

A bit about us:
-Tom moved to London as an art student and now works as a welder for an art fabrication company. When he’s not crafting metal, he’s probably climbing or planning his next adventure.

-Lav, a Peckham native, manages a nursery and enjoys baking (expect occasional treats!). She’s also a proud plant parent—though the photos are a bit old, so the jungle might be slightly smaller these days (same lovely flat, though!).

We’re looking for:
- A cat-friendly, professional
- Someone who appreciates a relaxed, clean, and healthy lifestyle
- A considerate housemate who enjoys shared spaces but also values their own privacy
