Two gay guys and one straight girl looking for a fourth flatmate to take a fantastic double room at our house in Peckham. The property has been recently refurbished to a high standard and a room has become available due to the current tenant moving out live nearer to his place of work

About the room
The double room is situated on the 3nd floor of the house, benefiting from a quiet and peaceful overlooking the development. The room is a very large double and a massive private en suite shower

The room comes with a new IKEA double bed.

The house is situated in a historic gated development in Peckham. Just two minutes from Queens Road Peckham Station, the Pioneer Centre is a former pre-NHS health centre converted into flats and houses. All rent includes access to an amazing pool, on-site gym and tennis courts. Limited parking is available within the complex, however parking on the road is free.

The house is newly refurbished throughout with open plan lounge/diner, spacious fitted kitchen, 3 bathrooms (and downstairs cloakroom) and a lovely decked garden area. Night buses stop 2 minutes away and the area has a number of amenities including Peckham town centre, a number of supermarkets and access to the South Bank/London Bridge station in under 10 minutes.

Bills including service charge for on-site facilities, wireless broadband, Sky TV and a cleaner once a fortnight.

We’re a happy, sociable house with a good mix of enjoying time together and apart. We’re looking for friendly, professional, clean and sociable person, preferably a 9-5er where possible. We have a lot of mutual friends so people are around quite a lot and you’d be welcome to do the same.
