This large period town house is very unique, with an excellent communal kitchen / diner / living room, tastefully furnished and with great facilities. The kitchen has a dishwasher as well as all the usual white goods and plenty of storage and counter space. The large dining table seats six. There are three rooms that will be available.

Bedroom 1 (pictured) - £575pcm bills inc. A large double room on the first floor, sharing a large bathroom (brand new fitted in the last four months) with one other person. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a large walk in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 - £675 bills inc. A huge double room with en-suite. The room is the entire size of the house as it's the basement. It features a living area with sofa and armchair, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, bedside table and lots of shelving units. It's a very light room with a large window to the front and double doors at the back leading out to a small patio area.

Bedroom 3 - £425 bills inc. A small double room on the 2nd floor of the house sharing a bathroom with one other person. The room is small in size but fits a double bed and chest of drawers. There is plenty of storage around the house for any other items.

There is a small yard out the back. Burgess Park is just a stone's throw from the front door.

The property is quite conveniently located on a quiet Edwardian street, with lots of buses on Old Kent Road (453 - 25mins to Soho/central London, 78 - 20mins to Liverpool Street, 10mins to New Cross) and also a 15 minute walk to Peckham Rye where there are many more, serving all major train stations. It is also just a 10 minute bus ride to Elephant & Castle for tube links to Central London. We are also within walking distance of Bermondsey (15mins) which has some lovely bars and restaurants.

There are a range of local facilities, including two major supermarkets (Asda, Tesco) as well as Peckham which has all high street essentials.

Rent includes all bills (council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband), we also have a cleaner who comes for 2 hours every weekend, this is an additional £15 per month each.
