I'm renting out my two bed flat in Peckham Rye, it has a huge open plan living space with two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The flat itself is over 900 sq ft, which is the size of many houses and is split level, so plenty of privacy between areas.

The flat is a few minutes walk to the Rye. 10mins walk to Nunhead station and 10mins to Honour Oak Park. There is bus right outside that takes you to Peckham Rye station in 5mins or a 20min walk.

Everything is of high quality and it's fully furnished including the four poster bed, wardrobes and fab sofas, mirrors etc..

I'm looking for a couple or two professionals to look after it, long term tenants preferred :) Please note I'd like two friends or a couple to rent the entire flat. So if you would like to rent a room, you'd have to 'buddy up' first.
