THE FLAT
The flat has a decent sized living room with a comfy corner sofa, a dining table, open plan with kitchen, a balcony and shared bathroom with a bath over shower. There is also a double-doored cupboard as well as a singled-doored airing cupboard.

Three of us have shared this flat over the past few years (one couple and a friend), and we've loved living here, but COVID-19 has changed our plans and it's time for change - we can't fault the flat in any way!

The room is a large double with a double-doored built in wardrobe, x3 chests of drawers, a bedside table, desk, and double bed. It gets lots of light and is a lovely room.

SMALLER DOUBLE
The room is a small double with a bed, desk and singledoored cupboard. There is a double-doored cupboard in the hall too - so plenty of storage!

LOCATION:
The best thing about this flat is the location- it's just off Rye Lane which has everything you need- busses, trains, shops, pubs... opposite lots of lovely bars and restaurants, there's at least three supermarkets nearby and is a three minute walk to Peckham Rye station- trains to everywhere in London!

FLEXIBLE START-DATE AND FURNITURE:
If you'd like the furniture to stay it can, if not we'll move it on. Flexible on start-dates but early April is best for us.
