Double room for rent in a really great, spacious 2 bed flat in Peckham, near the border of East Dulwich and Peckham Rye, on a super nice street. It is available from now until February 4th.

Flat has separate living room, eat-in kitchen, shared bathroom. Bedrooms are not next to each other and the flat is spread over multiple floors which gives greater individual space. Washing machine and all typical mod cons in the kitchen. Broadband and all bills are included. Easy street parking.

As for me - I'm a friendly, easy-going American person. Great if we can have a glass of wine together sometime or check out the local pubs, but I am also an independent person who is happy doing her own thing and am respectful of people's privacy.

And the neighbourhood is the bomb - seriously my favourite place in London to hang out. I'm just around the corner from Bellenden Road and a short walk to all the awesome places to go out in Peckham.
