Double bed in penthouse flat on Nunhead Green

We have a double room available in our lovely penthouse flat that looks over Nunhead Green. The flat is 2 stories with beautiful views across London from the top floor communal area and both balconies.

You will be living with two full-time professionals aged 29 and 30 who are often out and about socialising.

The flat is has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) so you would only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The communal area is an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area plus two balconies offering plenty of outdoor space.

The flat is a 5-7min walk to Nunhead station which takes you into Victoria or Blackfriars/Kentish Town or alternatively we are a 10-12 min walk to Peckham Rye or Queens Road Peckham which both have the Overground line and trains to London Bridge.

Rent for the room is £705 + £50p/m for council tax and internet. We get a gas/electricity bill and water bill every 3 months. They are usually around £50-£75 each per person.
