We have a double room with en suite bathroom and private terrace available in a gorgeous four-bedroom, three reception roomed Georgian house with vast garden, in bustling and vibrant Peckham.

The space is on the ground floor, off the kitchen and away from the rest of the house, so it is very private, almost like a separate unit.

The bedroom has ample storage with a cupboard and a French dresser with drawers. There is further storage under the bed and there is also a private corridor with shelves and hanging space.

We also have a studio in the back of our garden which is a home office, and guest suite, and also has a pool table.

The price includes all bills, including broadband & Sky, as well as a cleaner.

We are a professional couple working in the creative/arts industry.

The potential lodger must like dogs.
