Shared house 5 mins from Peckham Rye

Hello! We are looking for someone relaxed and sociable to join us in our beautiful victorian houseshare in central Peckham. The location is super convenient: less that 5 mins walk to Peckham Rye station!

The house is on Bellenden Road. A quiet and fairly posh pocket with great pubs and restaurants, but only a few steps away from the action in Central Peckham. Great parks nearby (3 minutes walk to Warwick gardens), 4 minutes walk to Lidl, free parking on most of the local streets. Well connected to Central London by overground-- with station under 5 minutes' walk away-- cycle routes, and buses

The house: The house is spread over two floors (3 including attic). The attic is mainly used as a shared workspace (plenty of space for you to join) and doubles as a guest room. The house boasts a massive kitchen and washroom, beautiful sunny garden with plants everywhere, a combination washer/dryer, ample bicycle storage, as well as lots of storage for your things under the stairs. We have a house budget included in the rent to spend on all the necessities including a cleaner who comes once a week!

The household: We are a friendly and tight-knit household. We're all professionals with quite busy lives, but still enjoy hanging out together, going on occasional nights out, eat dinner together regularly and have a cooking rota throughout the week. Previous flatmates are now great friends and regularly come by or join us at the pub.

The room: small double or medium single. Furnished and ready to go. It's cozy but makes up for it with lots of ceiling storage, under-stair storage, a shared office in the attic, and of course rent including bills at just £600.

You: We are ideally looking for someone who is female (to balance the house), relaxed and fun, has their own thing going on but can also jump in and fit in with the gang, and are keen to help out and contribute to make this a happy home.
