Part-time Lodger Wanted – 2-3 Nights a Week in Lovely Peckham Flat

We’re looking for a part-time lodger (2 nights per week) for a bright, warm double room with its own private bathroom (shower and toilet) in our modern 2-bedroom flat in Peckham. The room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, shelving, and a floor-to-ceiling window. It also has direct access to our shared balcony – a great spot to relax.
The flat is peaceful and set back from the street, overlooking a quiet courtyard garden. It’s a 7-minute walk to Peckham Rye station, and there’s secure bike storage in the building. Rye Lane, Peckham Rye Park, and plenty of great cafés and restaurants are all nearby. (Note: there’s no parking space.)
You’ll be sharing with me and my partner, plus our very chill cat Lenny, who spends most of his time outside in the warmer months. We both work in the arts (researcher and artist), and are sociable but keep things quiet during the week.
The flat is clean, cosy, and fully equipped, with a shared living room, kitchen (you’ll have your own cupboard/fridge space) and sunny balcony. All bills, council tax, and household essentials are included – that means eco-friendly toiletries, cleaning supplies, loo roll, and 100% cotton bedding and towels. Happy to share spices too!
We’d love to hear from you – preference for vegetarian/pescetarian/vegan, but open to everyone.
