Large bright double room in Peckham

We have a large double room available from the beginning/mid of July in our house share in Peckham Rye. 
The room is £980pm plus bills which are approx. £150 each.
The available bedroom has a king-sized bed, a huge wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets, a TV stand and a mirror.  Some storage space is available elsewhere in the house if needed ( we have an attic too).
There’s lots of communal space - a sitting room, dining room, big kitchen and garden.
You'll be sharing with two professionals in our thirties. Eleonora is an artist and educator, Riccardo is a fashion stylist. We split our time between working from home and the office. We get on well and like hanging out at times; we want our home to have a friendly atmosphere, but we also respect each other's independent lives. We are all considerate of each other and the common areas and like to keep the house very clean and tidy at all times. This is very important to us. 
The house is 7 mins walk from Peckham Rye station and a couple of minutes walk from some great pubs/cafes/shops and Peckham Rye Common.
