The room is a bright, spacious double at the back of the flat — quiet, full of natural light, and with loads of storage. Perfect if you like a peaceful place to sleep or work from home.

4 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
An eat-in kitchen
A separate living room
Plus, a cleaner comes 3 hours a week (included in the rent!)

📍Location-wise, you couldn’t do better — right where East Dulwich meets Peckham. It’s tucked away in a quiet spot but a stone’s throw from amazing cafés, pubs, shops, and buses/trains.

👋 Your future housemates are:

Ryan, a barrister, Ed, a graphic designer and
Freya, an architect

They’ve created a warm, relaxed home — the flat has a really lovely, lived-in feel. They’re social but also very respectful of each other’s space. Not a party house, but definitely one for the occasional wine and catch-up in the kitchen.

💸 Rent is £800/month, which includes cleaning.
Deposit is £923 (5 weeks).
It’s a 1-year rolling contract.
No agency fees – you deal with me directly.
