House share Peckham

- 1 Double room with king bed available

It is currently being occupied by the current housemate who plans to relocate very soon.

The house itself is very clean and has everything a nice house needs.

The kitchen had recently been renovation - I wont have the updated pics until I return back from holiday sorry!

I am a clean person and I will require housemates to also be nice, clean and respectful by treating the place like a home. (including shared cleaning - empty bins etc)

I like to listen to music of all genres, I like sports and concerts as well

House share will be with 2 other females (1 partner will visit and stay from time to time)

Oh and I sometimes cat sit in the house as well, just to help people out

I am currently away on holiday until 10th July, so if you would like to view please note it will have to be from 11th July :)

Deposit required

All bills included (except we do have a spilt of commonly used items such as tissue, washing up liquid etc. We currently have a set fee each month but happy to hear of other solutions that could work for everybody)

And I believe that is it!
